You can print your GoSweetSpot labels with either a thermal printer or by using a regular A4 printer (with our A5 sheets). Regardless of which method you use, we have some instructions on how to get these setup. You can also review our entire Help Center Section on Printing if your question isn't answered below.
Thermal Printer
If you are using a thermal printer, you can link this to your GoSweetSpot account so that when you create a label (by clicking the 'Go' button), it will automatically print out.
We have a few applications for this process depending your requirements but for most users we suggest GoPrint for both Mac and Windows.
Please note, before linking the printer you will need to install the printer software itself onto your computer (adding in the printer driver) if this has not already been done. This will vary from printer to printer but if you have purchased our Zebra ZD220 printer you can follow the below guide for your operating system:
- Windows Zebra Driver Installation
- Mac Zebra Driver Installation (only first 7 steps required)
- Generic Mac Installation Instructions
- Generic Windows Installation Instructions
If you have any trouble with either installation, please contact our support team for assistance.
A5 Sheets
To use the A5 sheets in your regular printer please review this article on which settings to use and how to place the sheets.
Note: Your browser may be set to block pop up downloads which will interfere with your label download. To resolve this, please see the instructions here.
