For your printer to work with GoSweetSpot it first has be installed on your computer. Below are instructions on how to do this for a Mac computer.
- Plug the printer in to the computer via USB and ensure there is power and it is turned on. If your printer is not a USB printer you should contact the supplier to discuss how to install this as our team may not have experience troubleshooting Wifi or Network printers.
- To install the software (printer driver) you can follow the official Mac steps here.
- Once the printer driver has been installed, you can connect it to GoSweetSpot. We have a few applications for this process depending your requirements but for most users we suggest GoPrint for both Mac and Windows.
