Printer Driver Installation (Mac)

For your printer to work with GoSweetSpot it first has be installed on your computer. Below are instructions on how to do this for a Mac computer.

  1. Plug the printer in to the computer via USB and ensure there is power and it is turned on. If your printer is not a USB printer you should contact the supplier to discuss how to install this as our team may not have experience troubleshooting Wifi or Network printers.
  2. To install the software (printer driver) you can follow the official Mac steps here.
  3. Once the printer driver has been installed, you can connect it to GoSweetSpot. We have a few applications for this process depending your requirements but for most users we suggest GoPrint for both Mac and Windows.
