Sometimes your browser will block the PDF downloads of your shipping labels due to the way GoSweetSpot processes these downloads. This guide will help you enable the successful download of these PDFs.
Chrome
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on the "Settings" option.
3. On the settings page, select "Privacy and security" on the left hand menu. Then under Privacy and Security, you will find the "Site Settings" button, click on that.
4. Scroll to the bottom of that page and under "Content", select the "Pop-ups and redirects" section
5. Under the heading "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects", there will be an "Add" button, enter "https://ship.gosweetspot.com/ship" into that field and select "Add".
Firefox
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on the "Options" button.
3. Under the Content > Pop-ups section click on the "Exceptions..." button.
4. Allowed Sites - Pop-ups will appear, in the "Address of website" field enter "https://ship.gosweetspot.com/ship" and click "Allow" then click "Save Changes".
Safari
1. Go to the website.
2. In the Safari app 
on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Websites:
3. Click Pop-up Windows on the left. If you don’t see Pop-up Windows, make sure you scroll to the bottom of the list.
4. In the pop-up menu for the website, choose one of the following:

Allow: Pop-ups for the website appear.

Block and Notify: Pop-ups for the website don’t appear, but when you visit a website with blocked pop-ups, you can choose to show them by clicking in the Smart Search field.

Block: Pop-ups for the website don’t appear.
