Integration Setup
- On the MYOB AccountRight Integration Setup page click the following link:
This will redirect you to the MYOB website, where you will be asked to sign in and allow GoSweetSpot access to your Company File. Accept the request and you will be redirected back to GoSweetSpot.
- Enter your Company File Username and Password into the form. If you normally do not have a separate login for your Company File, you can "Administrator" as the username and leave the password blank.
The default setting will only pull "Invoices" from your AccountRight system. If you would also like "Orders" to be pulled, then enable the "Include Orders" option. -
- Press save and the integration will be connected.
MYOB Address Format
The MYOB Address format is a single blob of text. To ensure that it is mapped correctly to GoSweetSpot, you will need to make sure each shipping address conforms to one of the following formats. If an address can't be matched to one of these formats then you may need to manually edit the address during the dispatch process.
Business Address in City
- Building Name
- Street Address
- Suburb
- City PostCode
Residential Address in City
- Street Address
- Suburb
- City PostCode
Business Address outside City
- Building Name
- Street Address
- Town PostCode
Business Address outside City
- Building Name
- Street Address
- Town PostCode
If you would like to specify the country then put it on the last line.
As an example, if you wanted to send something to GoSweetSpot, you would store the address in MYOB as:
