Zonos helps NZ Post customers meet customs requirements for shipments sent to the United States and the European Union (EU).
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Create a Zonos account
- Register through the NZ Post Zonos portal.
- Complete your account registration and verification.
Step 2: Upload your product catalogue
- Connect your online store or upload your product catalogue via CSV.

- Include the required product information, such as SKU, HS code, and country of origin.
Step 3: Complete product information
- Review products flagged by Zonos.
- Provide any outstanding details required for customs clearance.
Step 4: Link your NZ Post account
- Follow the instructions in Zonos to link your NZ Post account. Click here to get your NZ Post ID.
Step 5: Confirm & Accept on GoSweetSpot
