How does this work?
GoSweetSpot can be integrated with your Squarespace account to synchronize your Squarespace Orders with GoSweetSpot. This allows you to view and process your Squarespace Orders from GoSweetSpot. When you create a consignment against the Order from GoSweetSpot, we can optionally mark the Squarespace Order status as "Fulfilled". Additionally, the tracking URL will be stored against the order.
Integration Setup (Squarespace)
- Go to Squarespace > Settings > Developer Tools > Developer API Keys

Click on "Generate Key" to start the setup, provide a key name, and allow the following permissions.

Once permissions have been set, scroll to the top and click on "Generate Key". This will provide you with your generated key that you will need to copy and paste into the GoSweetSpot Squarespace Integration.
Integration Setup (GoSweetSpot)
- Visit the GoSweetSpot Squarespace integration source.
- Provide a Link Nickname: e.g. "Squarespace Integration".
- Add your copied API Key from Squarespace.
- Select a Cost Centre, which is for when an order is processed; it will automatically select the selected Cost Centre.
- Select the Status you would like to pull from Squarespace.
- Delivery Instructions Field: If you want to pull in Delivery Instructions, the delivery instructions form field on Squarespace must be named exactly the same as this text field. Please write in the name with the same letters and case. Otherwise, leave it blank to not display delivery instructions.
- Send Back Ticket Number; if marked as yes, will send the tracking number on the order once all the products on the order have been fulfilled.

Send Email Confirmation via Squarespace; if marked as yes, will send the confirmation email via Squarespace. We recommend turning off the track and trace setting on GSS to prevent the customer from receiving both tracking emails.
