Adding Your Own Allied Express Account To GoSweetSpot

Overview

If you are sending domestically within Australia and you have an account with Allied Express yourself, you can link that to GoSweetSpot and use your services via our platform.

To do this, you may need to contact Allied Express (client.integrations@alliedexpress.com.au) and ask for API credentials that can be saved in GoSweetSpot. We will need your account code and API key.

Linking Credentials With GoSweetSpot

Once you have a set of API credentials, you will need to set this up in GoSweetSpot. You can do this by logging into https://ship.gosweetspot.com/ and navigating to Administration --> Manage Carriers.

Add a New Carrier and select Allied Express:

Once you have created the link on GoSweetSpot and input the API credentials, you can select the product codes you believe you have access to already and validate if your account has the supported services. If so, click 'Finish' to finalise the set up and the carrier will be available for use.

This will have loaded the carrier and you should now be able to see rates for your services under Create --> Outbound and Export.
