International shipments may require extra documentation, and it is different for each courier.
FedEx Paperwork
- One copy of each label will be printed, and depending on the country, there may also be extra copies. You are required to attach one label per package and give the remaining copies to the driver. Alternatively, you can attach these to the package via a labelope.
- A commercial invoice will be created by GoSweetSpot with the data you enter in the commodities section (you can also use your own). In countries that support it, this data will be sent electronically. A physical commercial invoice copy is only required if it prompts you with a download or the item is high value. This also must be given to the driver or attached via a labelope.
NZ Post Paperwork
- One copy of each label (no extra labels)
- A commercial invoice is only required if the value of your shipment is greater than NZD $1000.
