Historically, FedEx required multiple copies of certain labels or commercial invoices but this is now dependent on whether the sending or receiving countries support electronic documents (ETD).
Prior to Jan 2026, all FedEx shipments returned 2 extra copies of the label (AWB) and PDF commercial invoice for printing.
From Tuesday 27th Jan, we will only return the required amount of labels and commercial invoices for a given country combination. For example, some shipments will only return 1 label and no commercial invoice and others will return multiple copies of both.
You only need to print what is given to you when you create the shipment.
