The below changes will be live from the 14th April.
What is a View?
A 'view' is a set of filters that you can save against your profile in the Orders Screen to more efficiently process your orders.
For example, you may want to create a view for all orders from Australia or perhaps you have a set of Product SKUs that you regularly dispatch. You could create specific views for each of those filters and then when you login to process your orders, you can simply select the view to see those orders instead of changing the filters each time.

How Do Views Work?
There are three kinds of views: the 'default' view, 'user created' views and 'system' views.
Default View
The default view is the same settings as you had previously. This view allows you to make changes and it remembers your last selections, in the same way it used to.
System Views
These are views that the system provides to all users as a preset, these cannot be changed.
Unprocessed - shows all your recent unprocessed orders.
Non-deleted - shows all your recent processed and unprocessed orders, but excludes orders that are deleted.
You cannot save a system view, however you can create your own custom view based on a system view by clicking Save As.
User Created Views
You can create your own views by either clicking the 'Create' button on the initial Orders Screen, or you can open an existing system view and click 'Save As' to create a similar view that you can customise to your preferences.
We have introduced the ability to save particular SKUs as a filter which when combined with a View can make your order processing much easier.
Do Views Work In Speedprint?
Yes, views also work in Speedprint. You can use and save existing order views in Speedprint, however you cannot create or delete views from this page; you will need to do this from the Orders Screen.
