Difference Between Accounts and Sites
When you sign up with GoSweetSpot you will be created both an account and a default site for that account.
We have a billing relationship with you via the Account and invoices will be associated with an account (even if they are broken up by site or cost centre).
The site on that account is where your address for courier collections is. You will have a default site but you could also have multiple other sites under a single account because you may want multiple collection addresses.
Remember, even if you have multiple sites, the invoice is still associated with the account as a whole. We can split the account invoice up by site or cost centre so you can see the breakdown but if you want a separate billing relationship, you will need to create a separate account.
