You will be redirected to a new page. Scroll down and click 'Upgrade to Brand Notifications' to complete the migration.

Brand Notifications

Here you can create and customise your Track and Trace emails that you are sending. To do this, go to Administration > Track And Trace Settings.

Creating: Click on the "Add New" button.

Editing: Click on the Brand Notification's name link under the "Name" column.

You can customise the emails by changing the brand colour, which will be applied to elements such as the font colour, and adding a footer to suit your business.

You can also configure your logo to link to your website, allowing customers to visit your site by clicking on it.

Adding a logo: To add your company logo to the email, click on the "More Images / Upload" button.
This will bring up a tab where you can upload your logo from your computer. Once selected and you have clicked "Open", you can then click on the "Upload" button. Once the logo is uploaded and displayed, click the image to select it. Your logo will be displayed in the email once you click the "save" button at the bottom of the page.

You can also add links to your social media pages within your emails. To do this, click the blue '+' button shown below and paste the relevant URLs into the corresponding fields.

You can choose which customer notifications to send based on key shipment events by toggling each notification on or off. This allows you to keep your customers informed at each stage of the delivery process.

Important to consider: Selecting too many notification emails, or enabling all notifications, may result in customers receiving excessive emails, which could negatively impact their experience and be perceived as spam.
