Here you can find all your contacts that you have saved to GoSweetSpot.
From this page, you can search contacts, add new contacts, import and export contacts,
and delete contacts.

Searching for Contacts

In the top right corner of the page, there is a search bar, this will allow you to search your contacts by Name, Building, Address, Suburb, City/State, Postcode, Country, Contact, Phone, and Email.

Adding a New Contact

There are two ways you can add a new contact.

Method 1: After you fill out a receiver's details on the Ship page, press the white save button which can be found under the "Delivery Instructions" field and "Cost Center" drop-down box.


Method 2: 
On the bottom left corner of the Addressbook page, click the "Create New" button. This will take you to a page with empty fields. Fill out the fields with the relevant details and press the "Save" button in the bottom left corner.

Deleting a Contact

To delete a contact, tick the checkbox to the right of the contacts name and then click the "Delete Contacts" button. This will show a window pop-up, select "OK".

Importing Contacts


1. Click on the "Download file" link found next to the "Import Template" title.

2. Open the spreadsheet that was downloaded (ContactsImport.xls), delete the second line (it's an example row) and fill out the columns with your contact's relevant details from your existing address book.

3. Click on the "Choose File" button which can be found next to the "Select Import File" title. A window will appear, select the spreadsheet you just downloaded and edited.

4. Click on the "Import" button, if everything has been done correctly the page will change and say "0 errors". Click on the "Import Contacts" button, and you're done.

it is not mandatory to specify true or false fields, if you are getting an error please try to remove the Y or N from that column as it may have been incorrect.

Exporting Contacts


To export your GoSweetSpot contacts to a spreadsheet just click on the "Export" button and GoSweetSpot will download the spreadsheet as Adressbook.xls.
