Under Billing > Account numbers, you will find your account information, contact details of the couriers and details to book for a pickup via phone.
You will be presented with a screen like the image below.
If you ever have any issues with your driver not collecting or the way he is delivering your packages, please contact the courier company directly. If the situation needs urgent attention, for example, if the driver hasn't collected in 3 days then you can contact us on 09 600 52 50 and we can escalate this further for you.
