All claims must be lodged within 14 days from the date of delivery. If there is an undelivered/missing item, the claim must be lodged within 14 days from the expected date of delivery.
To begin the claim process we will need:
- Photos of damaged goods and packaging
- A copy of cost/supplier invoice. First Global compensate on the cost value of the product, not the retail value
First Global and their contracted carriers operate under strict Terms and Conditions of service. Under the Warsaw Convention, the total amount liable in the event of a claim is currently 19 SDR per KG. Therefore, claims may not be paid out fully from the supplier's invoice. Unfortunately, there is no ability to claim freight costs with First Global.
