To change a site address with us, please complete this form (found on your account under Billing --> Change Address.
Depending on your set up, it can take a number of days for this change to take affect. This is because we need to request this change with the various courier companies who in turn must change it on their system.
We will advise you once the change of address request has been received and keep you in the loop with updates.
If you have not let us know in advance, you may have to arrange courier collections via the phone.
