This normally happens if you already have a different version of TeamViewer installed. GoSweetSpot support uses TeamViewer 13. In this case, click on the arrow in the bottom right corner of the task bar and right click the TeamViewer icon.
Then select "Exit TeamViewer", this kills the running TeamViewer process. Once you have done this, simply re-run the GoSweetSpot quick support package (TeamViewerQS_en.exe) you would have recently downloaded.
