Dear Systems missing carrier

How to add carrier

If you have encountered an error Specified Carrier "GoSweetSpot" not found when sending back tracking back to Dear Systems, You can fix it by following steps:

  1. Go to Dear Systems and find a Sales Order, navigate to Ship tab.mceclip0.png
  2. add a new carrier called GoSweetSpot.mceclip1.pngmceclip2.png
  3. Once the carrier saved, you will be able to see it in carrier list.mceclip3.png
