With current delays due to COVID restrictions, sending perishable items is a challenge.
Please note that only certain branches have chillers, so any perishables that require refrigeration or have best by dates need to be well packed and should clearly display perishable stickers. You can also pre-alert perishable items by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking numbers of these items on the day of dispatch.
Delays are particularly prevalent in Wellington due to a number of factors:

- Last line haul stop in the North Island, meaning any delays will compound
