To avoid emails from being sent to Spam Folder, senders should authenticate the emails they are sending using SPF (Sender Policy framework).
We utilize the SendGrid platform for sending all our emails.
SPF is basically an authentication protocol that allows senders to specify which IP addresses are authorized to send email on behalf of a particular domain. This ensures mail security and better mail delivery rates.
Most hosting platforms has this feature built in. However, if that is not the case then SPF is implemented by adding a TXT record to your domains DNS records. The recommended TXT Record to be added is v=spf1 include:u2342293.wl044.sendgrid.net -all
To learn more please follow the link https://sendgrid.com/docs/ui/account-and-settings/spf-records/.
If you would like to enable DKIM sender authentication, please contact us, and we will need to initiate the request from our SendGrid account.
