Step 1: Close the Current Version of Print Agent 2

  1. Access the Taskbar Icons:
    • Locate the taskbar at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
    • Click on the upward-facing arrow to reveal hidden icons.
  2. Identify the Print Agent 2 Icon:
    • Look for the Print Agent 2 icon among the displayed icons.
    • The icon typically resembles a printer or the GoSweetSpot logo.
  3. Exit the Application:
    • Right-click on the Print Agent 2 icon to open the context menu.
    • Select "Exit" or "Shut down" from the menu options.
    • Ensure the icon disappears, indicating the application has closed successfully.


      If you cannot locate the app on your PC, it might indicate the software is installed on a different PC.

Step 3: Install Print Agent 2025

  1. Run the Installer:
    • Navigate to the location where you saved the installer file you downloaded in Step 2.
